The main challenge for designers of buildings for residential use is to combine well-defined stylistic choices with increasingly precise and regulated construction standards and requirements from a regulatory point of view. In particular, environmental sensitivity and attention to conscious energy consumption have drawn a precise direction, which alone constitutes a test bed for construction: sustainability.

Functional and aesthetic performances are required in a civil building which do not allow for compromises. The design must be able to satisfy both one and the other. It is precisely in this direction that our products for residential construction are studied and continuously implemented: to respond to the need for ever greater energy efficiency, without giving up freedom of expression.

Our products are widely used in the residential sector, especially on roofs, for the construction of new buildings, but also for renovations of condominium slabs as a solution to waterproofing and thermal insulation problems.
