All Bonuses for 2023

2023 Budget Law: Ecobonus, Sismabonus and renovation bonuses confirmed.

But with some important news. Here they are in brief.

Superbonus: the deduction quota is in specific cases remodulated to 90% for all expenses incurred in 2023 (which will further decrease to 70% in 2024 and 65% in 2025).

Can continue to benefit from the 110% rate also for 2023:

Condominiums that have approved the assembly resolution for the execution of the works before the entry into force of the Aid quater decree (18 November 2022), or between the entry into force of the Legislative Decree and November 24, 2022, and submitted the CILAS by December 31, 2022;
Buildings with 2 to 4 real estate units of a single owner who have submitted the CILAS by November 25, 2022;
Demolition and reconstruction interventions that have submitted the application for the acquisition of the qualification by 31 December 2022.

Ecobonus, Sismabonus, renovation bonus do not undergo particular changes, as does the 75% architectural barrier bonus, which was renewed by the new budget law until 2025.

Pay attention to the furniture bonus, which has been talked about so much in recent weeks, which sees an increase in the maximum expenditure for 2023 to €8,000, but which can only be requested in the event of building renovation or extraordinary maintenance which took place in the previous year.

Incentives also for those who purchase a green house, of energy class A and B, equipped with renewable energy sources or insulating panels.

The Facade Bonus, however, definitively ended on 12/31/2022.
