SKYLIGHTS
Natural lighting and easy access to the roof.
Skylights are made up of a basic metal structure, on which a shaped honeycomb polycarbonate dome is applied. Polycarbonate skylights are the answer to natural lighting needs, combining the advantages of a high light transmission coefficient and relative energy saving with a very pleasant appearance that allows them to be included even in the most sophisticated and advanced architectural solutions.
MANHOLE
It is also possible to have the base with a manhole complete with a mechanism with two telescopic push points and an opening with an angle of 70°, which allows the exit to the roof.

FLASHINGS ROOF AND WALL
Thanks to our press-bending and calendering systems, a complete range of sheet metal work is available, including non-standard ones, press-bent to design. We are able to work any type of metal support: aluminium, copper, galvanized and pre-painted steel, titanium zinc and COR-TEN, managing to satisfy the most varied architectural needs.

POLYCARBONATE
Thanks to partnerships with the most important production and marketing companies of polycarbonate products, we are able to support the design and supply of the most suitable material to meet the need to “Bring Light” into the environment.
The commercialized profiles adapt like a glove to metal sheets or panels (such as RW 1000, SL 940, Delta / Kappa 3 panels – Delta / Kappa 5, Lithos 5, and many others), but not only, in case of particular designs / projects the technical office is able to formulate the feasibility of the profile (subject to verification of quantities).
Polycarbonate is the ideal product to create translucent and flat roofs and curves, able to meet the needs of “transparency” both functional and aesthetic.
COMPACT
The development of technologies in the extrusion field has allowed the creation of a unique plant in Europe for the production of compact polycarbonate sheets with a standard width of 2050 mm up to a maximum of 2500 mm of various thicknesses and colors.
The range of compact polycarbonate products is divided into sheets with UV and non-UV protection.
LIGHTNESS
The compact polycarbonate sheets, if compared to the normal glass sheets, allow to considerably reduce the weight of the structures. With the same thickness, weight of the compact polycarbonate sheet is equal to 50% of a glass sheet.

CELLULAR
The particular structure of the multiple-walled sheets with air gap, together with the characteristics of polycarbonate, ensure excellent thermal insulation and great impact resistance.
The cellular polycarbonate sheets are produced with U.V. protection on the external side (2 sides on request) which guarantees resistance to ageing even after long exposure to atmospheric agents.

CORRUGATED AND MODULAR SYSTEMS
Profiles for panels and corrugated sheets in compact or cellular polycarbonate of different thicknesses can be combined with the whole range of pre-insulated panels and corrugated sheets.
MODULAR JOINT SYSTEMS
The modular systems are equipped, according to the type of application, with a specific joint. They are the optimal solution for the construction of large surface roofs, translucent facades and fixed or opening windows.

FASTENING SYSTEMS
Insulated panels set in seconds and in absolute safety. The fastenings for insulated panels are subjected to very high stresses. The self-drilling screw is able to withstand these dynamic forces that originate due to temperature changes, wind load and foot traffic.
All the fixings proposed are coloured and completed with gasket, which integrate perfectly with the colour of the external sheet and makes the fixing less evident, more aesthetically pleasing, and resistant over the years. We also offer the tested “ISOLPACK ROOF” homologated fastening. The system consists of a self-tapping screw with a built-in hollow washer, a cap, a neoprene seal and a vipla. This system ensures water tightness and quick installation of the elements. This system guarantees an economical and rational installation of the elements, which can be carried out with the minimum use of labour and very short times.
PORTHOLES
To ensure light inside the shed, visibility in vain inspection toward machines and soundproof cabins, panels can be integrated with the inclusion of methacrylate porthole, complete with EPDM gasket (standard). A request can be inserted into a porthole shatterproof.
