Insulation through continuous foaming process
Polyurethane resins (PUR) and (not standard) polyisocianurate foams (PIR), density 39 ±2 Kg/m³ Declared value of thermal transmittance for a panel after 25 years of its installation, (Appendix C - EN 13165) Initial value of thermal conductivity: λ = 0.020 W/(mK)
Protective treatments for external support available
On request for external polyester coating, atoxic prepainted for food contact, silicone polyester, PVDF, thermoplastic Class A application of PVC plastic films or other films
Insights PIR foam
On request is available in PIR foam version (polyisocyanurate), a particular polymeric structure that guarantees excellent characteristics of fire behavior. The entire range of ISOLPACK panels has been certified in Class B-s2, d0 at CSTB (France) and at KIT (Germany) in compliance with UNI EN 13823 (SBI) * where, "B" expresses the quantity of heat produced during the first 600 seconds of the test <7.5 MJ (best value obtainable for foamed products); "S2" represents a very low development of the fumes and "d0" indicates the absolute absence of drops and/or inflamed particles. In last years, the SBI test has become a standard requirement in Europe for fire behavior of building materials. The new European standard for sandwich panels - UNI EN 14509 - uses the SBI system for fire classification purposes. ISOLPACK is the only one in Italy to design light, highly insulating applications with unequaled fire reaction requirements. In many cases it can replace the rock wool panel considering its fire reaction characteristics combined with the very high thermal insulation power.
CORAM version
ISOLPACK ROOF mod. DELTA 3 is also available in CORAM version, with copper support (A).
EPD certification (CAM)
CAM available only in PIR version.
For more information on CAM certification, contact the technical / commercial department.

(Note) The report test given above, is provided for information purposes only. Values and formulas should not be used to determine or calculate the flow rate of the panel. It is the responsibility and care of the customer and/or designer to draft appropriate calculations with specific reference for individual uses. The thicknesses and quality of steel defined in the report test above, does not represent a standard of product as the combination of thicknesses and materials is determined by the customer according to their technical requirements, therefore the customer and/or the designer are required to specify thickness, quality and type of materials that the producer will use in the construction of the panels.
