Materials
The metallic
pre-insulated panels shown in this chapter are produced employing the
following materials:
Metallic supports:
- Steel according to EN 10147 type Fe E 250 G Norm, available simple
hot galvanized through “sendzimir” process, galvanized prepainted or
plastified.
- Aluminium alloy 3103 H16 - UNI 9003/3 available either natural or
prepainted.
- Stainless steel AISI 304 finishing 2B.
-
Copper (UNI 9329 - Points 2.1).
Flexible support:
ISOLPACK ROOF mod. KAPPA 3 and KAPPA 5
- Bituminous rolled feltboard
ISOLPACK ROOF mod. AGRI KAPPA 3 and AGRI KAPPA 5
- Embossed aluminium mm 0.08 thick.
Waterproofing support:
ISOLPACK DECK mod. KAPPA 5 and SIGMA
- Bituminous rolled feltboard
Other materials available upon request previous agreement on minimum
quantities.
Insulating layer:
ISOLPACK panels contain an insulating layer made of:
- Polyurethane self-extinguishing resins (PUR).
The mean density of the insulating foam is 30-40 Kg/m3. The minimum
content of the closed cells is 95-98%. The thermal transmission coefficient
K is determined dividing the value lambda (0.019) by the thickness S
of foam contained in the panels. To simplify the calculation of the
coefficient K, we consider the polyurethane contained into the ribs
as uniformly distributed on the whole surface.
